I.T. Support Desk

We have remote support tools enabling our team to quickly & securely access any device within our scope of support. We use an industry leading ticketing & VOIP phone system enabling our team to work from anywhere.

Technical support is provided Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:30 and on Saturdays and Bank Holidays from 09:00 - 16:00. Outside of office hours we have dedicated members of staff allocated for Monday to Friday until 22:30 for live sale & mission critical issues. 

 We provide on the road engineers from our head office in Devon, our Midlands office and our Irish office.

Proactive monitoring software

We offer our clients proactive monitoring software that informs us when devices are not performing optimally & manages security updates, patches & Windows updates. This solution enables our support function to proactively resolve your issues & minimises disruption.
